Dr. Jordan graduated with the distinction of Highest Honors from New Mexico State University in 2015 with her Bachelors in Athletic Training, and then went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019 from Emory University. Dr. Jordan worked as an Athletic Trainer for the Auburn University Women’s Soccer and Gymnastics teams. She has over 4 years of experience in orthopaedic Physical Therapy.

Dr. Jordan has a special interest in treating the gymnastics population due to her experience as a former competitor, level 6 through 9 coach, and as an athletic trainer. She is dedicated to helping patients improve their functional capacity in order to help enhance quality of life.

Samantha Johnson is our clinic director at Body in Motion. Samantha specializes in orthopedic Physical Therapy and has over 2 years experience working in outpatient clinics. Sam has a passion for helping people connect with their bodies to improve their strength, function, and promote healing.

Samantha earned her Bachelor of Health Science degree from University of Hartford in 2017 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Hartford in 2020.

Nicole Turnbow is the owner and founder of Body in Motion, LLC. Nicole’s experience spans institutional and corporate outpatient Physical Therapy clinics for over 10 years prior to founding Body in Motion. Her past professional experience exposed her to the flaws of our broken healthcare system and prompted her to create something new… something better.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Health Science degree from Quinnipiac University in 2015 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2018. Nicole is currently a member of the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce.
