Justin graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and is a former CFA charterholder. After spending eight years in investment management at The Hartford—most recently as a portfolio manager helping to oversee the firm’s $50 billion general account—he transitioned from his finance career in mid-2024 to focus on raising his son, Carter, and managing the finance and operations at Body in Motion.

Interestingly, Justin was originally a physical therapy major at Quinnipiac before discovering his passion for finance and making the switch after his sophomore year. An avid runner, Justin has completed two marathons and numerous half marathons, with a goal to one day qualify for the Boston Marathon. He also enjoys strength training and is a dedicated fan of all Boston sports, but most notably the Celtics.
